BRECKENRIDGE — The Red, White & Blue Fire Protection District is responding to a small structure fire on Peak 7, according to Chief Jim Keating.
Keating said a 15-by-15-foot shed caught fire in the area, just off American Way, and fire crews are arriving on scene to douse the blaze. No injuries have been reported. Keating noted that while some of the ground brush around the structure has ignited, the area is largely clear of trees and the department isn’t currently worried about the fire spreading.
