Your childhood pop-up books were never this intricate.
Cambridge-based singer-songwriter / multi-instrumentalist / producer Cavetown has announced his signing to Sire Records, and has celebrated with the release of a brand new video.
The song itself is called ‘Home’, and isn’t new to long-time fans of Cavetown – he originally released it under the name ‘This Is Home’ back in 2015.
Explaining why he’s re-recorded and re-released the track, Cavetown shared “I like to re-record older songs that I care about a lot when I think that the production doesn’t do it the justice I feel it deserves… It was time for an upgrade.”
The video itself is incredibly charming – crafted as a pop-up book filled with the lyrics of the track.
