Just A Reminder That Blink-182 Incorporated Themselves Under The Name ‘Poo Poo Butt, LLC’

And the reason why is even better than the name itself.

Just a friendly reminder that way back in 1998, before they released ‘Enema Of The State’, blink-182 incorporated their limited liability company under ‘Poo Poo Butt LLC’. 

Why are we bringing this up now, you ask? Because viral-Twitter account UberFacts have posted it – and blink frontman Mark Hoppus has confirmed it. And because it’s hilarious.

So basically back in 1998, they incorporated the band’s limited liability company under the name Poo Poo Butt, simply because it would be hilarious to have businessmen have to say that in a business context. 

You have to admire it. 

The company has since been disolved, but the memory of Poo Poo Butt LLC lives on, forever in our memories.
