Mark Hoppus On Tom DeLonge Rejoining Blink-182: “There Is Not Any Talk Of That Right Now”

Last month Tom DeLonge set the internet alight when he shared that he’d been talking to Mark Hoppus about when the right time was for him to rejoin Blink-182

Speaking to 91X in San Diego, Tom shared “yes everybody, I will play with Blink again. That’s the whole plan. I talk to Travis all the time, and I talked to Mark just the other day and we’re always discussing what makes sense and when.”

However Mark has shared that there’s currently no plans for a reunion at the moment.

In an interview with KROQ over the weekend, when asked about Tom rejoining the band “There is not any talk of that right now. I mean, I’ll never say never to anything, but that is a completely unfounded rumor at this point.”

Oh dear.

Additionally, Mark has shed a little more light on the release of the upcoming Blink album, sharing “There is not an exact date… It is coming out this summer. I was just on the phone earlier today with Ron Perry, who’s the head of our label, and we are figuring out the exact launch date. But we are finalizing mixes right now, we have about half the album mastered, and the announce on when the album will be released will be forthcoming.”
