Some Of Fall Out Boy’s Earliest Demos Have Appeared On YouTube

Let’s take it all the way back to 2001.

Fall Out Boy are one of the most celebrated bands in our world, playing massive show after massive show and continuing to push the boundaries of what they can do as a band.

Though everybody starts somewhere, and some of Fall Out Boy’s earliest demos have been unearthed and posted on YouTube.

The three songs are taken from the 2001 release ‘Fall Out Boy’ and are ripped from the cassette version. It was also released on vinyl and CD.

Track 1 is ‘Growing Up’, which would later appear on the band’s 2003 EP ‘Fall Out Boy’s Evening Out With Your Girlfriend’. That sample from ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ at the start though. What a film.

Track 2 is ‘Switchblades And Infidelity’ which would also later appear on ‘Fall Out Boy’s Evening Out With Your Girlfriend’

And Track 3 is titled ‘A Nice Myth’, which is actually unique to the cassette release, with the vinyl and CD releases featuring ‘Moving Pictures’ instead.

Pretty cool right?
