The Ghost Inside Are Officially Working On A New Album

Album number five is in production.

Last month, The Ghost Inside made their triumphant return to the stage – their first public appearance since their fatal bus crash in 2015, which left all members in recovery and rehabilitation for years.

The future of The Ghost Inside was uncertain beyond their live return – with frontman Jonathon Vigil taking to Twitter in June to address fans questioning if has anything planned.

“I’m hopeful that TGI will have a future past just the show in July but we honestly, truly won’t know until we play,” he shared. “I hope we continue on for lots of reasons but mostly because I want to play shows with Wage War. Band is the sickest.”

Now, two months on, the future is not only looking more certain for The Ghost Inside – it’s also looking a hell of a lot brighter.

Overnight, The Ghost Inside posted a photo on Twitter, in the studio, with the caption “Update: Album #5″. The tweet also tagged producer Will Putney (who has worked with the likes of Every Time I DieKnocked Loose and Thy Art Is Murder), A Day To Remember frontman Jeremy McKinnon.

It looks like The Ghost Inside are back, for real.
