Congratulations are in order!
The Used have just achieved the first Platinum certified albums of their career!
The Used’s self-titled and ‘In Love And Death’ have both been certified as Platinum 17 and 15 years after their original releases respectively.
Their 2007 albm ‘Lies For The Liars’ has also been certified Gold in the US.
To achieve a Platinum certification in the US, artists have to sell one million copies of an album, and for Gold they have to sell 500,000. So basically, this is a massive achievement.
