Tool’s Music Has Started Appearing On Streaming Services

It’s happening!

Tool have famously kept their music off streaming services. Take a look on any streaming service of your choice before this weekend, and all you’d find is a series of covers.

But no longer. Tool’s music has started appearing on streaming services.

First out the gates is their 1991 demo ‘72826’ which appeared on on YouTube, Apple Music, Google Play, and Pandora over the weekend (it’s not yet on Spotify). As yet there’s no word on whether their proper studio albums will be shared, or if they’re heading to Spotify as well.

The six tracks from ‘72826’ can now be streamed on YouTube, and you can listen to ‘Sober’ below:

Tool are preparing to release their first album in over 13 years on August 30. Details of the album are thin on the ground at the moment, but check out everything we know about it here.
