Twenty One Pilots just reached a massive milestone – their enormous single ‘Stressed Out’ off their 2015 album ‘Blurryface’ just passed one billion streams on Spotify. This makes them only the 15th artist in history to ever achieve this milestone.
‘Stressed Out’ is also only the 25th song ever to pass one billion streams! Which isn’t surprising really, because it’s certainly an anthem that chimes with all our own personal experiences.
To put into context how long it would take you to single-handedly listen to ‘Stressed Out’ one billion times, you’d need:

‘Blurryface’ has smashed all kinds of records, largely off the back of the run away success of ‘Stressed Out’ – it was only the third album in history to have every single track from the album be certified Gold in the US.
